Who we are.

We’re Jennie and Penny, two mothers and experienced coaches who care deeply about the quality of conversation in today’s world.

In a culture shaped by speed, distraction, and constant digital noise, meaningful dialogue can easily be replaced by surface-level exchange. We believe there is real value in creating intentional third spaces, environments outside the pressures of home, work, and online life, where people can slow down, think clearly, and feel genuinely heard.

Our work centres on facilitating thoughtful conversations around the issues shaping modern life: technology, politics, relationships, business, identity, and social change. We’re especially interested in what happens when differing perspectives come together, not to win an argument, but to better understand one another.

Through events, podcasts, and structured experiences, we aim to strengthen real-world connection and revive the practice of considered conversation. We’re not trying to add more noise. We’re creating space for better listening.

Our Vision

Empowering connections. Enriching lives.

Our Guiding Principles

Curiosity – Curiosity sparks growth and discovery. We encourage people to ask questions, explore new ideas, and engage openly with perspectives different from their own.

Empathy – Every individual has a unique story. We create spaces where listening is intentional, understanding is genuine, and connections are built with compassion.

Inclusivity – We welcome people from all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. Our community is a safe, neutral third space where everyone can share their experiences without judgement.

Growth – We believe reflection and connection help us better navigate everyday life. We encourage thoughtful engagement, shared understanding, and the small steps that make relationships and conversations more meaningful.

Join us in creating meaningful spaces where people are truly heard, ideas are exchanged, and connections flourish.
