Join Us for a Bring & Buy Sale!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 21st, from 10 AM to 12 PM for a fantastic Bring & Buy Sale! This is the perfect opportunity to clear out items you no longer need, such as toys, books, clothes, and more. You can even make, bake or create things to sell!

  • Vendor Entry fee: €12

  • Proceeds from table hire: Half of the funds raised from the table hire will go to Ago Alliance Poland, and the other half will go back into Tween Talk

  • The earnings from items sold are yours to keep.

Set up will begin at 9:45 AM, with public entry starting at 10 AM.

Please make sure to bring enough water, sun cream, and snacks to keep yourself refreshed throughout the day. We will provide additional water.

Note: Set up and clearing away is the responsibility of the table owner. You will be responsible for pricing your items and for organising small change in advance, or for organising a Blik payment option.

We kindly ask all vendors to behave respectfully at all times, stay within the allocated areas of the school grounds, take care not to damage any property, and act appropriately throughout the event.

This purchase covers the cost for one vendor table at the Bring & Buy Sale on June 21st from 10am-12pm. Proceeds with be shared between the ultra-rare disease charity Ago Alliance and Tween Talk.

Please complete the contact form below after your purchase so we have your details. By purchasing a table and participating in the Bring and Buy Sale hosted by Tween Talk, the Vendor and their Parent/Guardian agree to the following terms and conditions:

The Vendor agrees to sell only items that are:

  • Legal: All items must be legally permissible to sell in this jurisdiction.

  • Safe: Items must not pose any risk of harm to buyers or other participants (e.g., no sharp objects, dangerous chemicals, or broken items).

  • Appropriate: Items must be suitable for a pre-teen audience and a family-friendly event

  • The Event Organizers reserve the right to remove any item deemed illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate without prior notice.

Parental/Guardian Responsibility:

  • They are responsible for supervising their child (the Vendor) throughout the event.

  • If they choose to leave their child unsupervised at their vendor table, this decision is made solely at their own discretion and they assume full responsibility for their child's actions, safety, and well-being during such times.

The Event Organizers are committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. Therefore, the Event Organizers reserve the right to:

  • Intervene in any situation to ensure the safe and orderly running of the event.

  • Address any behavior or activity that is disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of this agreement.

  • Request the removal of any Vendor or item that does not comply with these terms.

  • Manage visitor and buyer numbers and registration to ensure the safe and orderly running of the event.
